At start i thought it was just a disease and we will be soon go back to normal. But when the intesity of the COVID-19 Inceresed i was a bit tensed. Every time reading the news regarding it. And yeah i was really shooked that the virus has spread since Jan and till now its vaccine is not out. That means its a serious case. Everytime i was disturbed thinking about it and reading the news. Which made my mind more of negative thoughts. I prayed to god a lot. And suddenly at night i my body became hot and slowly i was feeling cold. And as per the articles fever was the first symptom. I was shooked but i calm down and took a nap. And the next moring i woke up everything was normal. I realized that it was just because me getting worried so i stop reading news and started utilizing the free time.
