Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Silchar and this letter is to draw your attention towards the sanitary conditions in this area.

The residents live in a deep fear to prevent any kind of disease to them and their children. The mosquitos have started breeding rapidly over the open garbage in the streets and infecting drinking water. The garbage pickers do not arrive daily due to which lumps of garbage is collected on the streets. Unclean water is an another massive issue arising these days.

I hope you understand the issue and spread awareness regarding the same. Looking forward for your response.
