Reporter at Large about Lt. Col. James Howard Williams, an Englishman who, during the the war made elephants an import ant part of the war effort in the Burma theatre. Mr. William who is now living in London, tells about his experiences with elephants. He is now managing director of a new Anglo-American firm, the Lister-Todd Engineering Corporation, manufacturers of insecticide machines. The machines are based on the principle similar to one used by the Allies to lay down smoke screens in wartime. Mr. Williams plans to make a number of trips to various parts of the world during the next couple of years, selling machines to obliterate bugs. "I hope to kill half the insects that have bitten me" he said. "That is a very large undertaking."
