           Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the unhygienic conditions of southern rails. Recently I traveled from Bengaluru to Mumbai through the train and I found that coach was full with cockroaches and toilets were filthy. Unhygienic conditions are prevailing in southern rails. The authorities must have to take steps to solve this problem.
