Subject: Complaint letter for replacement at their cost

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about the poor customer service provided by your showroom by selling me a pair of shoes in which both shoes are of right foot.

I buyed my favourite shoes of delux square company three days before of Rs.800 with so much happines ang joy but after opening the box my happiness vanished away and became upset. As a result my important meeting in office was missed and my project was delayed.

Due to the inconvenience caused by your showroom which delayed my project. Kindly provide me with a new pair of shoes or refund my money. I look forward to hearing a positive response from you soon.

Yours faithfully,

Yash Roy
