You are employed, but you think you are not employed. Explain Why does this Happens?? (Hint : Job Security)

Bcz if there is no job security then u will not feel that u r doing a job

this case or situation generally arises in the case of private job.
private job doesn't provide any job security, employees can be fired any time without prior information.
in private job no extra benifits r there such as medical facility,leaves,bonus etc. as in government job
that's the only reason coz people working in private job think that they r unemployed.
