i.) The words were spoken by good Saint Peter to the selfish woman who was making cakes and felt any cake was too large for her to give away.

ii.) The speaker is angry as he was already very hungry from traveling around. This woman, due to her selfishness, aroused even more anger in him.

iii.) The speaker cursed the woman turning her into a bird. He did so because the woman, when dwelling in a human form, had everything she required and still selfish. The Saint felt she was not fit as a human and when she would have to work as a bird the entire day, searching for food and shelter, she would learn a lesson.
