Subject : complaint regarding irregular delivery of the magazine

Sir,
I'm a resident of sector 27, Noida for quite a few years. I'm writing this letter to inform you about the irregular delivery of the Reader's Digest Magazine.

I have not been receiving copies of the magazines on a regular basis these days. The magazine is to deliver once in a week. But, nowadays, the magazine delivery is not regular. I'm getting these magazines only after two or three weeks interval. This cause major inconvenience to me and my family as we are regular readers of the magazine and our money is being wasted. I have checked about the subscription details and it's all done. I request you to deliver the magazine in a regular manner.

I hope you will take necessary actions. I hope to get a reply regarding the same.
