Dear Diary:

I am so happy today! I have made a whopping profit of hundred thousand francs! It was sheer luck! Jeanne insisted on going into the villa and just see it! I had no interest in it. She wanted to buy it. I did not like the villa at all. There was just a patch of grass and the owner called it a garden! However, Jeanne liked the villa and wanted me to buy it. Then fortune brought Mrs. Al Smith. She was an arrogant, conceited lady. She was in hurry! She wanted to buy the villa. She was ready to buy it at any cost. So I grabbed the opportunity. She also mistook me for Juliette’s husband. I preferred keeping mum. I struck a deal with her and sold the villa to her for three hundred thousand francs. I never did this type of deal ever in my life in which I sold a property before buying it! However, I feel bad also as I kept truth hidden from Juliette and Jeanne. They will feel bad! But I have not harmed anyone! It was a win-win deal for everyone.

Dear diary ,

Today I am very happy and is filled with happiness and joy as I have made a profit of hundred thousand francs.

And also, I do not need to buy the villa too. Because the villa will be broken.

If I had not used my mind that day, I may have buied that villa. Which I was not really wanted to buy.

But after all, it's all done. And it is a famous proverb that, "If their is happy ending, everything becomes happy".


Well, after these much efforts, I made profit and I'm very sleepy.
