To whoever it may concern,
Dear Dir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to you in order to inform you about one of your cell phones. Your Cell phone Type G series of the Samsung phone, model number 8766832, Samsung galaxy Prime G, is a defected piece.
I came to visit your shop and purchased this device from you last week on 6/07/2019. Within a week I have realized the defects in this piece. Your cell phone's microphone is not working properly and the picture quality has dropped abruptly. The vision is also very blurry on the screen.
I would like you to kindly replace this device as I have a warranty card which clearly states that if within a year, if my device gets affected in its software, I will be allowed to get it changed or fixed.
