Subject: Water logging in the drainage due to dumping of unauthorized waste of dairy product leading to health hazards
It is to bring your kind attention to the obnoxious and deplorable condition of drainage in our street, we the residents of “Street no: 6, Durgapuri Colony, shahdara Delhi-110032” would like to lodge a formal complaint against the Laxmi Dairy, a commercial dairy shop situated at the corner of our street. In spite of our earnest and humble requests, the dairy shop owner continues to dump his contaminated and infected dairy waste in our domestic drainage. Due to this regular exercise, the drainage passing outside our houses is regularly overflowed, clogged and exudes foul smell.
We have collectively approached the shop owner to refrain from such anti-health, anti-sanitation activity but he persists callously. In this logged dairy dump that collects daily in the drain, germs and bacteria proliferate and are alarmingly harmful to our health.
So, therefore we earnestly request you to look into this matter and take prompt action. Please be advised that we are approaching the authorities only after putting collective endeavors and several failed attempts in finding a solution with the Laxmi Dairy owner. We attach some recent snaps of water-logged drain for your scrutiny.
