Take another bar magnet with labled poles S and take a poles to non labled pole if it repel it is S and if it attract it is N by this you can identify

The magnet will align to North-South direction. The pole facing geographical north will be north pole of the magnet as the earth's magnetic south pole is geographical north pole and the side of your magnet facing towards south will be the south pole of your magnet.
