You are given a bottle of dilute hydrochloric acid and thin strips of the metals copper,zinc and iron.How will you compare their reactivities?Canyou rearrange them in a serjes in the decreasing order of their reactivities?

Place the strips separately in the bottle of HCL. zinc will react more than iron. iron will be more reactive than copper. whereas copper will not displace hydrogen from the solution. zinc and iron will displace hydrogen from the solution.

hence copper will not displace hydrogen from its acid.
