Firstly, use magnets to separate the iron fillings magnet attracts iron. Then add some water in the mixture of sand andsalt and heat it till the salt dissolves in water, ( since sand don't dissolve in water, therefore you will be able to separate the sand and salt mixture ) . Now pour the salt solution in another container by using filter. By doing so you will be left over with sand which you can put in another container and will get salt solution and sand separated from each other.
