Of all the three materials, water is the least refractive. Therefore, light travels fastest in water.

Answer=

Refrective index of water =1.33

Refrective index of kerosene =1.44

Refrective index of Turpentine =1.47

Hence,

Optical density of Turpentine is maximum so light travel with minimum speed so,

Speed of light maximum in water then kerosene then minimum in Turpentine

Hope it is helpful....

Best of luck for board.....
