You can either use the following discussion or develop similar one using ideas from it:

Student A: Hey where have you been? I have been looking for you to share very exciting news with you!

Student B: Hey I was here only! May be we did not bump into each other! Well, what is the news?

Student A:You know, the class teacher called me just a few moments ago and told me our class has been given the responsibility to decorate the school for Diwali! I have been made the leader of the decoration team and you as my assistant!

Student B: Wow! That’s very exciting! But how are we going to decorate the entire school in such a short time?

Student A: Hey don’t worry! I have all the plans. That’s why I have come to you. We have to execute the plan.

Student B: Sure, I am all keen on it. But kindly tell me what your plan is.

Student A: Look, we are not going to do it alone! We will involve all the class-leaders from classes VI to XII. We are going to have a meeting during the recess.

Student B: Wonderful! What are you going to do in the meeting?

Student A: I am going to assign each class leader and his or her groups the responsibility of decorating his or her class.

Student B: That will really make the work faster. This is proper delegation and distribution of work!

Student A: Yes, next I am going to instruct all the class leaders to get HAPPY DIWALI signs made according to their wish and favourite designs.

Student B: Hey, I have an idea. Since the ‘MAKE IN INDIA’ campaign is in full swing, can we instruct the leaders to use only MADE IN INDIA products?

Student A: Wow! What an idea! Sure we will! All the decorations will be done using indigenous products and material.

Student B: What about lighting the classes?

Student A: Yes, there will be lighting. We will ask the class leaders to light their own classes. They can use Diyas, candles, or self-made electrical lights with Indian LED bulbs.

Student B: What about crackers!

Student A: No crackers! The entire nation is facing whopping pollution problems! So we are going to decorate and celebrate only GREEN DIWALI strictly.

Student B: That will be great fun! Let’s go and have the meeting with the class-leaders!
