Friendly secretary, good facilities but poor marshals on the track. A 9yr old girl accidentally spun-out on a wet, slippery track and the member of staff walked over to her and said "If you crash again I'll remove you from the track!" He gave no friendly advice on how to improve her driving. Having visited earlier in the week (and we had a good time without any unfriendly staff) this was a huge disappointment. It would be much more appropriate to have simply said "Don't worry just try slowing down at the corners in the future".
If you are looking for a good karting experience I would advise you to visit Elgin Kart Raceway/Activity Centre as the staff are all friendly, supportive and interactive with everyone.
