Nice Question mate !!!
The possibilities
1. All three resistors in series = we get eq resistance = 9Ω
2. All three in parallel = 1Ω
3. One pair in parallel combination and one in series with that comb
= 3/2 + 3 = 9/2
4. Two in series and the comb gets a parallel resistor = 6 x 3 / 6 + 3 = 2Ω
Hope this helps !!!
