For the minimum current
Join the all three resistors in series combination...
After joining in series Req. becomes =2 + 3 + 6
= 11 ohms
2nd Case ---
For maximum current
Join all three resistors in parralel
After joining Req. becomes 1ohm !!

Join the all three resistors in series combination...
After joining in series Req. becomes =2 + 3 + 6
= 11 ohms
