The given blue litmus paper is dipped in the given solutions. The solution which turns blue litmus red is acidic solution. Now Tear this blue litmus turned red into 2 halves. Now, the solution which turns it blue again is the acidic solution and the one which does not affect it is distilled water.

Explanation:

First we take blue litmus paper and add the one-by-one solution ,if the colour change into blue litmus red in any solution it's show the acid presence

Then after we take a red litmus paper and add the one-by-one all solution ,the solution on which the litmus paper change into blue litmus red it show the presence of base

and at last we take both blue and red litmus paper and pour the the third solution in both litmus paper if the colour can't change it show the presence of neutral solution
