Answer:

at first the neutral colour of phenolphthalein *( which is an acid base indicator) is colourless. In acidic medium it is also colourless while in basic it gives pink colour.

At first dip a paper coated with phenolphthalein in all three solutions one by one

THE SOLUTION WHICH TURNS THE PAPER INTO PINK IS BASIC SOLUTION, MARK IT AND KEEP IT ASIDE,

now take the same paper which is now pink in colour and dip in the remaining two solution one which turns the paper back to colourless is acidic solution keep it aside and mark it as acidic solution.

then the remaining solution is neutral mark it
