Explanation:

arrange the 1.5kΩ in parallel connection and you will get a resistence of 0.75kΩ

now arrange the 15kΩ resistors also in parallel connectionand here you will get a resistence of 2.5kΩ

now you have 0.75kΩ resistence and 2.5kΩ resistence

connect both of the resistences in series connection and you are answered

0.75kΩ + 2.5kΩ = 3.25kΩ
