answer : option (c) is correct choice.

explanation : when two bar magnet A and B are given, we don't know which one is magnetised and which is not ? we place the bars into T shape. you know as well, at the ends (i.e., poles ) of a bar magnet have strong force. if vertical bar(i.e., bar A) doesn't experience force of attraction, it means horizontal bar (i.e., bar B) is magnetised. similarly when vertical bar (bar A) experience a force which is same as force experienced at both ends, then vertical bar (bar A) must be magnetised.

so, this is clear that to identify , arrangement of option (c) is correct.

Answer:

You are given two identical steel pieces and only one of those is magnetized.

arrangement which help us to identify the magnetized steel is:

Option C is the correct Answer.

Explanation:

Two identical steel pieces are given .

One is magnetized.

To identify which one is magnetized, we need to arrange the steel pieces in

"T" Fashion.

If we observe that Vertical steel pieces experiences a magnetic attraction then Horizontal steel piece is magnetized.

otherwise , if we observe the horizontal steel piece getting attracted towards vertical steel piece then vertical steel piece is magnetized.
