1. solution A is acidic because it has a pH less than 7 and solution B is basic because its pH is more than 7.

2. solution B will have more H+ ions because the concentration of H+ ions increases if the basic nature of the pH increase.

3. HCl dissociates completely in water to form H+ ions whereas acetic asid dissolves partially in waterand thus gives less H+ ions. Due to this reason, HCl is a stronger acid than acetic acid.
