Subject: Nuisance of drug addicts and drunkards
Sir:
Our colony these days has become the favourite haunt of drug addicts and drunkards. Since it is situated remotely from the main city, most of the drug addicts and drunkards hang around here.
Drug peddlers find it a safe place to sell drugs too; as a result of these illegal activities, our colony has become quite unsafe. The residents feel it unsafe to go out in the evening and at night as there can be a mishap.
There is no police station in or near our colony. Through the medium of your daily, I appeal to the authorities to look into our concerns and do the needful.
