Sir,

I am a student and I am in class 10. This year I am having board exam which is very important for my future . But the use of loudspeakers on festivals or on marriages always disturb me in my studies and they play music in very high volume and upto 1 or 2 am. And all the people who are nor part of the marriage or festivals also feel headache because of loud music and can not sleep well in night .
So I request you to make a rule which follows that thee use of loudspeakers are upto 11pm only . And if anyone will break the rule will be punished .
