Sir:

I bought Toshiba Satellite laptop from your showroom on October 9, 2018 sale no. 6389. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. It automatically turns off after every half an hour; many times its display starts blinking; the battery backup is only of forty minutes maximum.  

I have been your regular customer since 2010. My customer id is 2078IN9. You can look up my purchase record in your system. I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and loss on account of the defective laptop as I am an online teacher.  I appeal to you to replace the defective laptop as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.

I have recently bought a laptop from Vijay sales, Krishan Kunj, Delhi.

And it has been just 10 days of my purchase.

But without any reason, my laptop has suddenly stopped working and it has developed many snags.

Please do something about.

I still have the warranty card and please send someone to look into the matter.
