You are harshit or harshita living at G-49 radha dham delhi. You purchased a laptop from vijay sales,krishna kunj ,Delhi. Within 10 days of purchase the laptop has developed many snags.write a letter of complaint to the sales manager seeking immediate replacement or repair of laptop

Subject: Defective Laptop  

Sir:  

I bought Toshiba Satellite laptop from your showroom on October 9, 2018 sale no. 6389. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. It automatically turns off after every half an hour; many times its display starts blinking; the battery backup is only of forty minutes maximum.  

I have been your regular customer since 2010. My customer id is 2078IN9. You can look up my purchase record in your system. I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and loss on account of the defective laptop as I am an online teacher. I appeal to you to replace the defective laptop as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.
