I'm Abir Mukherjee, and I'm writing to ask for your permission to have a teacher's day celebration at your school. I hope you're doing well, Sir. I've just realised that I'll be celebrating Teacher's Day at your school.

I am pleased to inform you that I had made various preparations for this great celebration of Teacher's Day. This school, which began with a few rooms and a wide playground, has since grown to include a three-story structure and a smaller playground.
