Dear Sir,

Subject-Complaint regarding defective music system.

This is regarding the skull candy music system that I purchased from your showroom on 8th December, 2018. The cash memo no. 1234 and I paid Rs. 92,500 for the music system. It is still within the guarantee period.

The music system isn’t working properly. It goes of within minutes and the sound buffers. One of the surrounding speaker isn’t working at all and the front one isn’t sounding right. There’s static coming from the speakers and there’s no bass.
I had called up your showroom and registered a complaint, but unfortunately there has been no response till date.

I would like an immediate replacement of the system as it is still within the guarantee period. I would appreciate a prompt action as it has already caused me great inconvenience.
