You are in a big vehicle which is constantly moving and you can't see anything outside. How will you identify whether the vehicle is in motion? You have all the possible physical instruments. Imagine no grooves and ridges on roads.

just take a stick of iron and just bring it out of the vehicle and touch it on the road if the vehicle will be in motion than it will produce some fire.
