I am in charge of the community that is to organise an art and craft exhibition at the school. It is a big job and I have to carry out my responsibilities, properly. 

We need to collect the paintings of the fellow students and hung it in the walls.

We have received many paintings and, at least, 10 rooms will be needed.

As per the selection of the paintings is concerned, we have to choose them keeping in mind many points. It is not primarily choosing the well-drawn paintings among all, but a matter of great difficulty. Even if a painting is drawn in an inelegant manner, we still have to choose it if it is drawn by junior students. Parents like paintings of small kids, even if they look no good. Well, fair selection of the paintings is an essential part of the exhibition, and we have to precisely do the job even if it is a great matter of trouble. 

We will receive the guests with great hospitality. We plan to set two students at the entrance, who would greet the visitors (parents), politely; and, another bunch of students who would show the parents to the rooms.
