Respected ma'am,

I am Attila, the head of sports in charge of Corrie's International School. I am working the letter with respect to order delivered vid 12th March 4889.

I had ordered best quality materials also paid the advance, believing that the best goods were to be delivered by your store. But to the contrary, none of them were desirable materials, nor were of expected brands.

As a strict action, we would like to withdraw the total sum of money from your company. Or giving last chance, within 5 days, best materials should be delivered. If none of these would happen, we would fill the case under violation of consumer rights act.
