During lockdown excercise may shorten but it doesn't completely close it's window. Watch your diet! Your diet makes a lot if difference. At home, excercise options may close it's doors but something we can do is eat wisely. This is what I would call the best time to do a diet. Adults don't have offices and we don't have school, when you are at home dieting is easier, instead of while going to school and specially now that we are sure that nobody will call us at their home to party, we can easily diet.
But as we are kids, we don't need a harsh diet. Kids don't need such a strict diet. If you want to start losing weight but don't want to follow a strict eating program, there's good news. Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to lose weight without going on a diet. Making a few simple changes to your daily routine can help you avoid diet fails and develop nutritious, sustainable eating habits.
Coming to physical health. Squats or sit-to-stands from a sturdy chair, push-ups against a wall or the kitchen counter, and lunges or single-leg step-ups on stairs are all great for those new to these kinds of exercises. these done everyday in lockdown can help a lot.
