So wire forms a square of side 22 cm
so its length is perimeter of square
Perimeter of square of side x is
4x
So
4x = 4(22) = 88
This is the length of wire which will be perimeter of circle formed by wire
Perimeter of circle of radius r is
2 \pi r
2 \pi r = 88 \\ \pi = \frac{22}{7} (approx) \\ r =  \frac{88*7}{2*22} = 14
Area of circle of radius r is
\pi r^2 =  \frac{22}{7} (14^2) =  616
