Dear Sir,
I am sorry to inform you that about a month ago, I had purchased a washing machine of Whirlpool brand from your outlet vide Cash Memo No. 0209 dated May 15, 2021 having one year of guarantee period. For about a week after purchasing, its performance was satisfactory. But to my utter disappointment, it has started giving trouble since last two weeks. The machine switched off its own all of a sudden and also makes unbearable noise whenever it's switched on. Moreover, it does not wash and dry clothes properly. I am really dissatisfied with your product as it has started creating problems within one month of purchasing.
Under these circumstances, the washing machine can not be accepted. Therefore, you are requested to take the machine and replace it with a new one at the earliest since the machine is within the guarantee period.
