Sir:  

I bought dell laptop from your shop on 10 July 2018The bill invoice number is 00072346. The laptop worked properly for few months and there after it started giving number of problems.

In the first place it automatically switches off after half an hour. The battery backup is only for 40 minutes. On many occasions it shows that the display starts blinking. It causes short circuit and overloading and defective piece.

I request you to send someone to repair laptop. If possible kindly replace the laptop against its warranty.

Your's is a reputed shop and such things on your part is not expected. Kindly look into matter earliest.
