I'm a customer of your showroom and my name is xxxx. A month ago I purchased a sewing machine from your showroom and yesterday only it started malfunctioning and is not working till yet. Your serving is pretty well and I like it but suddenly the sew of the machine is not working. And malfunctioning in a costly product in just a few days is not acceptable.
