Dear Sir,
I took help of the employees from your company to pack and transport my household goods and car to Borivali, Mumbai from Chennai and I was really unsatisfied by the service offered by the company. The employees were really rude and damaged much of the goods while transporting them. Also when I asked them to place the goods inside my room, they refused and left the goods outside my house. Although I paid the asked amount but the service was not up to the mark. The process was delayed by 3 days, although it had been mentioned earlier that the goods would reach on time due to which I had to face a lot of inconveniences.
Such unsatisfactory service was not expected from your side. Please look into the matter.
