Dear Jean:
I hope this letter finds you in the best of your health and spirits. The good news from side is Villa has been sold. It was a sheer luck and fortune. I had lost all hope as no customer showed any interest in buying my villa. However, day before yesterday a couple quite unexpectedly turned up and bought the villa in most mysterious manner. Initially the husband showed no interest at all. He was dead against buying the villa. Though the wife appeared willing to buy, but she had to comply with her husband’s decision. The husband offered me only 60000 francs and I flatly refused to sell it. They were about to leave when the wife expressed wish to see the upper floor. The husband remained downstairs. When we came downstairs, quite mysteriously the husband agreed to buy the villa for 200000 francs. Though I would have loved to sell it for 250000 francs, I am happy at the deal. The rest is fine. give regards to uncle and aunt.
