With reference to the advertisement of your Association in the Times of India, dated 2nd January 2021, regarding the river rafting training and facilities of boarding and lodging provided by you, I wish to let you know that I'm eager to opt for your Association during out vaccination to the Himalayas.
We're going for a short trip to Himalayas by the end of March. We'll be a group of 20 students, aged 16- 18 and five teachers. We'll be grateful to you if you furnish us with the following details ;-
- Hotel location
- Proximity to any mall/ bazaar
- Availability of electricity.
- Boarding and Lodging facility
- Charge per head.
- If any guidance will be given for river rafting.
