THIS IS WITH REFERENCE TO THE ORDER NO. 142-2020-546 PLACED ON 24TH JULY, 2020.THE ORDER CONSISTS OF A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR OF 300 LITRES FROM YOUR STORE AT MALVIYA NAGAR A MONTH AGO. IT HAS WORKED WELL FOR A FEW DAYS BUT AFTER A MONTH I FOUND ITS FREEZING SECTION WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY .IT WAS NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY . I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT THE REFRIGERATOR WAS SOLD ON A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST ANY TECHNICAL ISSUE .
I REQUEST YOU WITH REGRET THAT YOU SHOULD CHECK A MACHINE WELL BEFORE GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMERS IT WILL HAVE A BAD AFFECT OF YOUR COMPANY .IN MY CASE I WANT REPLACEMENT OF THE REFRIGERATOR WITHOUT ANY DELAY AS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL OF US .PLEASE DO THE ABOVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
