In the present scenario, everyone runs towards eating junk food be it the food at the street vendors or the food served in the popular food chains. No one for once thinks about the effects such kind of foods has on our body. This kind of food may be of the cheap price but the quality is cheap too no matter where you are eating it. It can cause serious health issues like obesity, heart diseases, cancers, stomach infections, etc. Eating such cheap quality food doesn't do any good for us and instead of eating such foods we should opt for healthy homemade meals.
