Dear Priya,

I hope you are fine in this pandemic situation, I don't know whether you know or not that I was in isolation for 14 days in our nearest hospital and today I am back.

The experience of isolation was not too much good. I was totally separated from everyone and I had to lie down in the bed continuously which made me too frustrated and irritating. The food they gave me during the isolation tenure was satisfying, they filled up this slot by giving me food in terms of egg, milk and other foods which are rich in protein and at the apex level, I had to take medicines and antibiotics which has now become a reason of my weakness. There were many other COVID patients who were very sad and depressed but our COVID warriors - our doctors, nurses and other staffs kept us motivating.

So the overall experience of the isolation tenure was not good for me.
