 Dear Sir/Madam,

 Complaint about a faulty Clean Air Air-conditioner (Model C-100)

 I am writing to complain about the above air-conditioner, which I bought from your company on 20 may 2018.(see the attached photocopy of the sales receipt).

 This air-conditioner was installed in my bedroom on 21 May, and I filled in and posted the guarantee form on the same day. Few days later, I food that the air-conditioner did not function properly.water is dripping from its inside unit.

 Therefore, I called Mr karmachand, your company’s service representative, and asked him to exchange the faulty air-conditioner for a new one. His attitude towards me was quite rude and unhelpful. Even though I pointed out that the air-conditioner was guaranteed, he refused to provide a replacement. When I insisted that he do so, he claimed that the company was not responsible because I had damaged the air-conditioner myself!

 This sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable. I demand that you either replace the air-conditioner immediately or refund my money. If you do not do so, I shall take this matter to the Consumer Council. My contact telephone number is 23456789.

He refused to give me a replacement despite the fact that the air conditioner was guaranteed, as I pointed out. He refused to comply when I insisted on it, claiming that the air conditioner's damage was my fault and the company was not liable.

This kind of conduct is totally wrong. I demand that you quickly replace the air conditioner or give me a refund. If you don't, I'll bring this up with the Consumer Council.
