I am Krishna Roy, currently living at Mayur Vihar, Bhopal. I came across the news of the annual 'Baal-Mela' in your newspaper.

I was waiting to attend 'Baal-Mela' for a long time. I want to know about the detailed procedure to get admitted to the annual 'Baal-Mela'.​ The detailed procedure includes the date, time, entry fees and the process.
