I bought a Nikon digital camera (automatic) from SK Dass and sons Connaught place showroom on August 20, 2019 sale no. 6398. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. Its picture quality is lazy and unclear. It automatically turns off after every ten minutes; many times its display starts blinking; the battery backup is only of forty minutes maximum. I went to the showroom and requested the manager to replace it but they did not listen to me.
I appeal to you to replace the defective camera as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.
