By means of this letter I would like to share my situation with you. I am working a full time job at an IT company and also doing a part time evening course of graphic designing under your guidance and have been finding it hard to continue the course for some time. Therefore I request you to shift the course only for weekends, I can contribute morr time in the weekends as compared to the weekdays.
I kindly request you to consider my situation and my suggestion. I would give more efforts to learn the course.
