Dear colleagues,

We were supposed to have a meeting today but due to heavy rainfall, some areas have been damaged. There is no electricity and some of our colleagues are in trouble. They won't be able to join the meeting. Without those managers, we cannot discuss matters properly.  

The meeting will be held the next week.
