I had placed a order of story books online to your Gandhi Nagar branch and hence I was given a expected delivery date of 5 days but now it's high time as today is the 8 day. I also tried to cancel the order but my money is not getting refunded. I want you to first cancel my order otherwise I will have to go to customers court.
